Medical Assistant
JOB SUMMARY: The Medical Assistant is accountable for supporting nursing and medical staff in patient care; and performs routine administrative and clinical duties. The Medical Assistant coordinates activities in the outpatient and procedural areas to facilitate smooth patient flow.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent and completion of a Medical Assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
