Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:Professional Development/Orientation: Coordinates, facilitates and evaluates orientation of new employees with orientee, preceptor, manager and/or director. Actively participates in nursing competency skills days. Develops competency-based tools as needed to support changes is policy, procedure or new equipment.
