The RN -Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) demonstrates competency and proficiency in all the functions and responsibilities. In addition, this nurse demonstrates a sustained high level of clinical practice, leadership and management skills to improve patient care for the Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) Veterans; demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care by collaborating with others in a multidisciplinary care team.
