Summary The RN / Registered Nurse Trauma Stepdown provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN / Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN / Registered Nurse directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure. Preferred: BSN EXPERIENCE 1 year of P
