Summary The Trauma Program Manager (TPM) is a professional nurse who has the responsibility to monitor trauma patient care through the trauma performance improvement process throughout the patient hospital stay from pre-hospital, hospital stay through discharge disposition. Assures compliance with Department of State Health Services (DSHS) trauma center standards and audit filters requirements, and/or American College of Surgeons (ACS) respective trauma center standards, as it may apply, under the direct supervision of the Trauma Services System Director and Trauma Medical Director.
