Lab Coordinator Ft Days
DescriptionSupervise all technologists, technicians, phlebotomists and clerical personnel. Ensure timely and courteous service to patients, physicians and hospital staff. Coordinate lab services to support hospital and community projects. Provide multi-disciplinary training for nurses, hospital staff and out reach services. Responsible for laboratory continuing education, QA, QI and Utilization functions. Take lead on responsibilities as needed. QualificationsMT or MLT (ASCP, AMT, NCA, HHS) Bachelor's degree Required Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician.
