Lead Dietary
DescriptionThe Lead, Dietary oversees the nutritional assessments and integrates nutritional therapy of patients ranging in age from 18 years to geriatric.  Monitors nutritional care, manages physician ordered therapeutic diets and provides nutritional education to patients.  Attends patient conferences.  Conducts nutrition education for patients, families and staff.  Maintains established department policy and procedures.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to project a professional image • Ability to cook per established menus and per dietary requirements for patients • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirem
