Social Worker Primary Care Behavioral Health
Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time psychotherapist (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to join a large Primary Care Behavioral Health team serving patients throughout Seattle, Washington. This is an in-clinic position at a clinic within the Puget Sound region where you will be providing care either in-person or via telehealth. This is a fast paced team based care model utilizing targeted approaches to improve behavioral management of chronic health conditions and mental health. Patients are seen episodically with visits generally around 30 minutes in length 1-2 times per month. This is an opportunity to join a highly compassionate and dedicated team working to improve the health and wellbeing of patients from across the Pacific Northwest. Full-time psychotherapist position
