Nemours is seeking a Patient and Family Representative to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE. This is a 7:00AM to 3:30PM, Mon-Fri position. Patient and Family Representatives create a family centered environment that ensures that as a family arrives at N/AIDHC to receive clinical care, a positive and inviting experience is provided. The Patient and Family Service Representative is often the first point of contact for community, patients and families and are integral in forming the first impression those stakeholders have of the organization.
