JOB SUMMARYPrimary responsibility is to configure and provide fundamental functional and technical help for the specific application or set of applications to a variety of business and clinical users. In addition, part of the responsibility is to partner with end users to know about the workflow and its interdependencies and make corrective adjustments or enhancements. This role is the central point of communication for an assigned set of users and will coordinate all activities on behalf of the IS organization. You assist with the testing, recommendations for corrective actions and resolution of problems within the software applications, and provides help for normal maintenance of upgrades, and system maintenance.Sala
