Public Health Division Manager (Social & Mental Health)
Under general direction, provides programmatic, administrative, and fiscal management for Social and Mental Health Services Division programs including HIV counseling and testing, substance abuse, mental health, community reintegration as well as programs serving the needs of people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of experiencing homelessness; facilitates broad based city and community involvement in health planning activities including the design and implementation of needs assessment plans; develops and assists in writing grant proposals; develops and manages the division budget; performs related work as assigned.
