Multisite Retail Pharmacy Supervisor needed at Academic Health System in Northern Indiana JOB-2995967
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor to provide operational leadership over our 4 outpatient retail pharmacies with a current focus on workflow and efficiency. Approximately 30 direct reports. There are plenty of professional growth opportunities as we like to promote from within whenever possible. Annual compensation can go over 200K depending on years of experience plus relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are available. All candidates must have, at minimum, their Bachelors in Pharmacy and hold some outpatient pharmacy leadership experience or will consider someone who has been in the more traditional retail environment as a District Pharmacy Leader overseeing multiple stores. Those with project management, PBM, & DIR fees experience are preferred
