Primary contact within the Supply Chain Organization on all Clinical products and services procured at Kelsey-Seybold. Serves as a liaison/interpreter between system administration, departments, and clinical staff to ensure cost-effective utilization of products, services, and processes, including but not limited to medical/surgical supplies, capital equipment, technology, and process-related activities. Supports the Value Capture Analysis process within Kelsey-Seybold.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of clinical or relevant work experience
- Program planning and development, project management, and performance and quality management or similar experience
- Must possess strong communication skills, oral and written to effectively convey new programs, policies, and processes needed to affect change successfully in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of medical supplies, supply chain operations, and value and cost-benefit analysis
- Must have knowledge of statistical and financial analyses and be able to perform basic Excel functions and analytics within a spreadsheet
- Proven skills to gather, researching, analyzing, and presenting findings in an objective, non-biased manner
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills, including the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts and build teams
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Analytical and quantitative skills including data gathering, organization, assessment, reporting, and presentation
- Computer skills (spreadsheet, word processing, email, and internet system) and ability to learn new software programs
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple, simultaneous projects
- Self-starter and willing to try new ideas and implement change in a positive, sensitive, and forward-thinking manner
- Ability to persuade others, develop consensus, and create win/win solutions and relationships
- Registered Nurse in the State of Texas preferred
