Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a family medicine physician to join a well-established primary care practice at PMG Cascade, located on the campus of Providence Portland Medical Center. This clinic has several physicians who specialize in pre-natal care and deliveries, so we are open to considering a Family Medicine physician who will see all ages, or an experienced FM + OB physician to join their team. You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team. The practice is conveniently located on the second floor of hospital campus. This not only provides you with a large support network, but it also provides patients with easy access to an abundance of additional services and professionals which ensures fast and high-quality care. In addition, the central location on the East side of Portland offers exceptional walkability and bike-ability as well as a direct line to the city's public transportation system.
- Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
- 4 days/week schedule Monday to Friday
- Board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine or Family Medicine w/ Obstetrics
- 2-year guaranteed salary (with higher starting base for experienced physicians), generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
