This position requires an advanced degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration or related fields along with at least five years of relevant experience in a leadership role; or a M.D., Ph.D., Psy.D. or other clinical training along with at least five years of relevant experience in healthcare administration in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in program development, strategic planning, and administrative management of both medical and mental health service delivery and public health programs.
