Qualifications

Content

• Knowledge of social policy on health and human service topics, with subject matter expertise in substance use disorders and/or workforce development preferred

Role

• Experience with cross-system collaboration
• Ability to provide formal training

Technical

• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SharePoint and virtual meeting platforms, such as Microsoft TEAMS
• Willingness to learn and use new software as needed
• Ability to provide in-person and virtual technical assistance to providers

Traits

• Ability to take initiative and do independent thinking and planning
• Ability to connect the dots in order to move things forward even when there is ambiguity
• Experience developing new initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Education and Training

Candidates for this position must possess a bachelor’s degree at minimum. A master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, public health, or similar field is strongly preferred. Professional experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
