Senior Program Analyst
America's Essential Hospitals
POSITION SUMMARY: The senior program analyst is a member of America’s Essential Hospitals’ research, education, dissemination, and leadership development team and participates in the full scope of projects developed by the team, focusing on projects related to health equity and addressing structural racism in health care delivery systems. The senior program analyst serves as task lead on projects and summarizes information and results in clear and comprehensive briefs and presentations. This position supports disseminating new knowledge and best practices to member hospitals and conducts regular and ad hoc research on assigned projects. The senior program analyst is expected to be highly organized and an excellent writer and to build relationships with members and maintain a high level of professionalism.
