Assistant Professor & Visiting Assistant Professor of Public Health
The Department of Sociology and Public Health at Roanoke College invites applications for two faculty positions, beginning in August 2022: a tenure-track assistant professor and a visiting assistant professor. Teaching responsibilities include core courses in the Public Health Studies major, participation in the college’s general education program, and courses in other departmental areas as warranted. We particularly welcome applications from candidates who have interest in cross-cultural health issues, globalization and development, community health, and racial/ethnic disparities.
