Organizational Change Management Practitioner
Overview The OCM Practitioner has primary responsibility for building the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) change management strategy in adherence with central EPMO processes and guidelines and in alignment with organizational philosophy. The OCM Practitioner will provide day-to-day support to the EPMO and Pillar teams, acting as the primary contact for all change management inquiries. They will partner with the EPMO and other change management stakeholders within the organization to leverage existing resources and build consistent and standard change management tools and trainings, and provide project-team level support, including developing leadership reinforcement strategies and creating communications.
