To provide clinical, substance abuse, mental health, andsocial services to assigned patients.To also act as a liaison between the hospital and community service providers and between the patient, family, and the team. To assist the treatment team in coordination and implementation of the patients' individualized treatment and discharge plan. To provide therapeutic interventions for patients, individually and in groups. Education: Masters Degree in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Creative Art Therapist (CAT) or related field from an accredited program. Experience: Experience in mental health or related field.
