Overview Physician residency graduates between final year of resident training and fellowship are encouraged to apply for Northwest Permanente's New Graduate Fellowship Program. This program is a great opportunity for physicians interested in working while deciding on a future sub-specialty program. Physicians will be hired into positions in Northwest Permanente's east/west Portland Metro, Southwest Washington, and Salem service areas.
