DescriptionSUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Provides secretarial/administrative support to employees or groups in the organization. Uses business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
