The Center for Health and Sports Medicine was founded in 2010 with the vision to empower people by promoting a comprehensive and whole person approach to health using a blended practice of a wellness based primary care and comprehensive sports medicine. Using the practice of Exercise Is Medicine, we employ a team-based approach to prevent disease and promote an athletic lifestyle to all our patients, while also using a comprehensive sports medicine approach to evaluate and treat athletes throughout the span of their life.
