- Physicians manages a panel of approximately 1100 patients in conjunction with his/her patient aligned care team (PACT). - Each PACT is staffed by a physician, RN, LPN, and clerk. The PACT model emphasizes each team member contributing to the veteran's care. - Physicians see an average of 8-14 patients per day during scheduled appointment times. - No after hours or weekend call required. Moonlighting outside of normal working hours is allowed. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
