Cooper University Health Care (CUHC) and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) are actively committed to diversity at all levels of the organization and are seeking a Board Certified General Internal Medicine physician to join the Division of General Internal Medicine.
The selected physician will focus on the primary care of the midlife woman at The Ripa Center for Women’s Health and Wellness at Cooper, a suburban ambulatory setting. The Ripa Center is named for Kelly Ripa and the Ripa family who have been long-time supporters of Cooper University Health Care and women's health services. Founded in 2007 in Voorhees, NJ, the Ripa Center was created by women, for women, and offers comprehensive women's health services close to home and work. Cooper plans to open a second location in Haddonfield, NJ in early 2022. The Ripa Center is a multispecialty practice including a focus on primary care and gynecology.
Cooper University Hospital, located in Camden, NJ, is a Level I Regional Center and Trauma Center, well-known for providing high quality care. Cooper University Hospital is the major teaching hospital for Cooper Medical School at Rowan University (CMSRU). The hospital is easily accessed from multiple Southern New Jersey suburban locations or from Philadelphia by car or public transportation. New York City and the Pocono Mountain resort areas are just two hours away. This sought after locale is also just an hour away from the Jersey Shore.
